I'm 52 with three children, this blog concerns efforts by my family and I to recover funds from our trustee's and their solicitor- Roger Chapman of 9 Rankin St Wadestown, New Zealand ( just in case anyone else he's ripped off is still lookin for him) My sister, Janine was appointed trustee of my mothers estate and took me bankrupt over a $4000 debt to my mothers estate. This debt was incurred seeking financial disclosure from the trustees and resulted in over $350k in costs to the estate. As the beneficiary of a protective trust it should have been the duty of the trustees to ensure that I was protected from the very action they took.
